    need help choosing equipment for weight training!

    i wanna start weight training and i'd like to know what you guys think of this equipment and if i need anything else. Thanks.

    2. No clue, your link is incorrect

    4&5. If you buy a 300 lb olympic set you've got the weights and bar in one package.

    6. Not really necessary.

    7. Not necessary if you can do regular barbell curls without pain in your wrists, it bothers some people.

    9. Not necessary, you can do pullups on whatever rack you get, and there's plenty of ab exercises here: http://www.ast-ss.com/training/exerc...asp?bp=Ab&pn=1

    11. Not all that accurate, I'd only get one if you don't already have a scale.
