Please put links in your posts properly.
1. There's nothing particularly great about the Powertec bench, this one is better: http://ironmaster.com/store/customer...3&cat=2&page=1
2. No clue, your link is incorrect
4&5. If you buy a 300 lb olympic set you've got the weights and bar in one package.
6. Not really necessary.
7. Not necessary if you can do regular barbell curls without pain in your wrists, it bothers some people.
9. Not necessary, you can do pullups on whatever rack you get, and there's plenty of ab exercises here: http://www.ast-ss.com/training/exerc...asp?bp=Ab&pn=1
11. Not all that accurate, I'd only get one if you don't already have a scale.
