I have been working out for a few months now and I have made pretty good progress. I have a good diet and workout plan, but for some reason I seem to be making minimal progress on my abs. I workout my abs roughly 2 times a week, mixing up the workout every time. I was curious if I would be over training if I did abs every other day? I usually do about 4 different exercises for abs ( 3-4 sets 12-25 reps pending on what exercise is) Thanks.
