    What's a good Stack for gaining weight/muscle?

Hey guys, can anyone reccomend a good supplement stack for putting on some serious muscle/weight (around 20 lbs) ? What products should I get? Thanks...

I'm also not familiar with terms like PCT and such, so if you can fill me in on those it would be great.

From your question I assume your an ectomorph or a hardgainer... I would consider myself a hardgainer. I have put on around 20 - 25 pounds of muscle in about 3 months with workingout and eating right. I have never really thought much about weightgainers, all they seemed to do for me is make me crap a lot, lol...

As far as supplements goes, which is meant to ADD TO YOUR CURRENT MEAL PLAN, not replace any meals...

    - Buy some protien bars and eat them any chance you can stuff down a little extra food between meals.

    - Get some 100% Whey Protien and mix it with WHOLE MILK.

    - Milk has been they key to my success I believe, I am currently drinking around a gallon of milk a day. Full of calories and protien.

    - Also, after you get into a good workout routine, consider buying some creatine (with a transport system, not just regular old phos****en HP) and only do it if you plan on drinking a hell of a lot of water!

Also, another key to success is your last meal before bed, and this is not dinner, this is over and beyond, right before you go to bed. Remember you are going 8 hours without being able to eat. Eat like a bear that's getting ready to hibernate! lol...
Your body grows the most when your sleeping. Eat something like a peanut butter and jelly and a glass of mily before bed or a potato. I would lean away from drinking a protien shake before you go to bed though... it makes it extremely hard for me to wake up in the morning.

Well, hope this helps.. also what is your height and weight right now?

Though I appreciate your comments, I really wasn't looking for advice on eating/working out, as I already have read enough about that hehe I really want to know some supplement stacks like creatine/NO/ and other things like that (Green Bulge, etc.) Can anyone explain to me a good stack and the proper way to use it?

get your diet down first, then:

    multi
    fish oil
    vitamin c
    protein powder/weigh gainer
creatine if you have been working out at least a year, otherwise you do not need it
