I need opinions on how my shape is coming along. I quit bodybuilding 13 years ago and began again 5 months ago. My arms began at 14in, now 16.5. Chest 43in, now 45. I am 5.10 at 187 lbs. I currently workout twice one week and three times the next. It falls this way because I take 2 days minimum to rest and recupe. My son wanted me to post and he started lifting with me. He said he wants to be like dad. I told him to be like dad when he gets buff. Any opinions are appreciated. I am currently bulking so I know I may get advised to cut up. Not ready to cut up just yet, only building a base right now. Malachi7

12 years old. What time of training is he doing. It is never to early to get in shape but I was taught that heavy weight training is can stunt growth for anyone under 18.
I took that into account but my son is currently 5'8 and the doc said he will likely grow to be atleast 6''3 to 6'5 due to his shin length. He doesn't need to worry at this time. I am only working on getting him into shape so he can prepare for the future of bb but only if it is something "he" wants. MalachiYe Shall Overcome!
