Ashley78 is on a distinguished road. (+10)
"Same pre/post meal for cardio", but what about low intensity?

Walking 25-35 minutes at 5% incline 3-4 mph/light jogging, what would be an ideal pre/post meals to have?

I've read over and over again that pre/post nutrition is the same as lifting. Yet, I really can't see consuming a pwo shake etc around something as light as this.

I'm currently bulking and just wanting to get my blood circulating a bit...

For lower/moderate intensity, I have a scoop of whey and 5g BCAAs Pre, 20g BCAAs during, and oats+whey+milk+5gBCAAs after.

You don't really need post workout nutrition after low intensity cardio. I just eat a regular meal.

^ If your diet is strong and filled with a lot of complex carbs you don't need to worry about it like Helene said.

Also image101, you get all the BCAA's you need from whey and food in general. Supplementing with BCAA's in addition is useless and a waste of money.
