Bad or Good? Workout 6 Days a week?

So, idk if this is good or bad, but i think it wouldnt be bad.

    Here's how i do it.

    Monday

    -Chest
    -Triceps
    -Shoulders
    -Abs

    Tuesday

    -Back
    -Traps
    -Neck
    -Biceps
    -Forearms
    -Abs

    Wednesday

    -Quads
    -Glutes
    -Hamstrings
    -Calves
    -Abs

    Thursday

    -Chest
    -Triceps
    -Shoulders
    -Abs

    Friday

    -Back
    -Traps
    -Neck
    -Biceps
    -Forearms
    -Abs

    Saturday

    -Quads
    -Glutes
    -Hamstrings
    -Calves
    -Abs

    Sunday

    -Rest

Now on every day, i also do cardio...i sometimes try to get atleast 500 calories a day out, but sometimes i get more and sometimes i get less...

It only matters what type of day it is.

    Is this bad or good?

Some say i should only work out 3days/week...but i figure why cant i work out if i give my muscles the proper rest time?

make thur, fri and sat lighter days.like,if you work with 225 on bench monday,do around 185 on thur,or just do 80lb dumbells and incline bench with 155.if you do lat pulldowns with 200 or so tues,do em with 150 or so on friday.if you curl 50lb dumbells on tues, use only 35 on friday.basically, use about 70% of the weight or resistance on thur, fri, and sat.make those days more of a pump up circuit training type of deal.the same thing with the sat that you work legs on top of the heavier wednesday workout.
I think you get what i mean.

6 days a week = good when you know what you're doing and have enough experience to make it work.

6 days a week = overcomplicated and bad when you need to ask.
