Well this is my first review I will try my best, I got my order on time with bb.com, they have great service.
This is my first supplement and it was very good, I started out taking two pills with every meal, I really did'nt feel anything. So I started taking 4 before I worked out, it got me sweating real good.
Pros:A real healthy supplement, helped with me immune system i am very sickley did'nt get a cold since I been on these, I cut a few pounds when I started out on these I could'nt see any muscle tone in my arms, now I am done and I can see my bicept and tricept now, still have some fat to come off but thats gonna take some more hard work and dieting.
Cons: Its not that hardcore like other ones, I had to take 4 pills before I could feel them kick in.
Next review from me will be Metabolic Diet's Power Drink.

Nice review but I would not really think that you would want to feel green tea kick in. I think it is more for overall health than anything.

i dont really understand what u expect from lean green because it is not a stimulant. it is a great supplement and one of my staples but for general health purposes and thats it.
