1st Competition Prep

I'm starting to diet for a Competition that will be held in late April. I've posted some pix. Some are from July'05 and the rest are from Jan'06. I've make quite a bit of progress...sizewise. But now I've got to start cutting. I just need some help with that.
Let me know what you think I should focus on as far. I'm cutting back on my carbs now and I've stopped taking Creatine...because I've been retaining water while on it.

Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

Your legs are definitely your strong point. I would concentrate on your back mostly, but it is extemely difficult to actually add any size while on a contest diet.

By the way, not trying to say your back is bad, but your quad sweep is so good that it may look like your v-taper up top is lacking once you get in shape.

Forget about adding size...it simply is not plausible during a diet. Focus on nothing other than getting shredded beyond belief. You carry a good amount of muscle, so just show up in shape and you will do very well.

Read Laynes article...its a great place to start and then post any specific questions here.

Good luck at the show!
