Saiyuki's Chop Chop Log!
Hey guys, on my fourth day of my cutting plan! I have so much going through my head with work and highschool I really need an online LOG to keep track of my plan and goals, I'm going nuts inside my head!
I am coming back from a spine injury, training for football during the summer I messed up my back squatting! I gained over 12 pounds so now im gonna shred ALL OF IT
Anyway here's a sample day
1. 6:50am: Special K Protein Plus with skim Milk/Oatmeal and a fruit [sometimes]
2. 9:00am Some almonds,grapes
3. 12:15pm two scoops of tuna some salad and maybe some wheat bread
4: 3:30 ON WHEY SHAKE WITH SKIM MILK.
5: 6:00 Fish/tuna/turkey/chicken with brown rice,veggies,sweet potato, green peas, It changed everyday because I have Fat Busters Dinner Cantina pretty much always a healthy hearty meal
Training x3-5 a week Im jogging at least a mile [still tryign to reach my peak cardio I lost it over the months] and my old school 3 day SPLIT for lifting.
I am off to go running!
