how do you target your armpit!
Okay so its not exactly your armpit. But you know right under there on your inner arm! Every bicep, tricep exercise I know will not get that area! Anyone have suggestions!

Fat loss will help that too...I used to have that really bad, but now that I've lost BF and developed my pectoral muscles it's gone.

probably both lats and pecs
I think what the OP is looking for is that hollow look you get with in your armpits
In that case yes you would need to widen your lats to get the dip

I thought she meant that gross little blob of boob-fat where the pec ties in at the shoulder. It sort of sticks out and looks icky

I used to go wall climbing a lot, and after a 2 hour session, my armpits would ache like you wouldn't believe!!!! Other than that, the above suggestions sound pretty nice too!

Lol! I'm starting to have the same problem.
Increase flexibility, and turn your elbow outward. :S Or laser.
and on topic: maybe seated elbows out extensions will get you the feel you're looking for.

Haha... okay sorry I havent checked the thread I started! I was not talking about lats. I have pretty low bf now, and I still have mushyness RIGHT under my armpit. The guy I train with says he sees it a lot in women. He suggested push ups and flys. He said its not a big deal!
Thanks for all the advice!

Mine are muscley too...and it is tough to shave! They need to make mini razors for tricky areas...I've been thinking this for awhile now. haha...but maybe that's just me.
I think you get muscular in the pit area from heavy chest work.

I think it's a combination of lats, chest, and shoulders. If all those are built up there would be nice hollow space.
I call the armpit cleavage chicken fat. Well that's what it looks like to me.
I find shaving easier if I pull the skin tight with the same hand of the armpit getting shaved (make sense?). Or try plucking (or am I the only one?)
