    Can you bulk and lose stomach fat?

    I was wondering is it possigle to bulk up and get my stomach down. I've been working out for about a month i've been bulking up and i plan on bulking up some more but i want to lose some stomach fat. Is it possible to get some real definition in my abs and bulk up at the same time if so let me know and help me out. I don't want a gut.

    the best thing in your case is to do a moderate amount of cardio like 2 times a week.. and watch your fat intake.. just get tons of protein pre and post work out

    I donno if it would work for you. but on my program in the first two weeks i lost 1lb of fat and gained 5lbs of muscle. For me cardio is less than 10mins before i hit the weights...
    My diet is around 180g protein 2100cal.. low fat

    5 pounds of muscle in two weeks.....doubt it

    I know pro's that have a hard time gaining 10lbs in a year of solid muscle naturally.

    1/3/08 175lbs @12.3% 153.5lbs muscle 21.5
    1/19/08 179lbs @11.6% 158.23lbs muscle 20.7lbs fat

    so really.. 4.73lbs muscle gain and .8lbs fat loss in 16days....

    thanks guys i'm gonna try 30min of cardio twice a week and see how that works out the main thing is i don't want to get smaller
