Was doing shoulder pressing a few weeks back and got a burning sensation. Then bad pains in my right front delt. and yesterday I was benching and felt my muscle literal tear. How long you guys reckon I wont be able to train properly for?
if the pains are bad id seriously think about going to the docs. i damaged my leg playing rugby a few years back, i couldnt do anything more than walk on it for 6 weeks, obviously it will depend on the damage though.
