Good etiquette or bad?
I guess this one kind of goes out to the ladies, is it okay for a male lifter to come up to a women and tell her she is doing a exercise wrong and help her. i.e. I was walking by a lady doing seated dips and her shoulders were coming all the way up to her ears, but she was only bending at the elbow slightly. But she didn?t look like the type that wanted to be bothered, should I have said something?

I personally give the "i will kill you" look if I see you might talk to me in the gym... but if she/he might possibly hurt themselves then you probably shoulda suggested they were doing it wrong.

It's best way to meet girls at the girl. Just be sure she really is doing it wrong, or you'll look like a punk.

as long as you wait for her to finish one set. ans you say in in a friendly informative way then fine.
A couple of times, I've given someone a couple of pointers on their bent over rows. I've also gto help on my DB press.
On the other hand, I ripped some guy a new one when he told me that I should be using the elliptical and the rowing machine "to build the body [I] want" I'd never even met this fool before so he didn't even know what kind of friken body I want (!).

I tend to mind my own business, and prefer that others do the same.
