Is it alright to still do cardio during a rest week off from lifting? Or should you not do it to let your CNS totally repair itself?

I personally refrain from any form of exercise duing a recuperation week.
However, if you are training for overall fitness and incorporate cardio into your workout routine, then LIGHT cardio during an off-week can be beneficial. This is referred to as active recovery.i wont hesitate to scrape for resin.
