Since its getting cold I can really feel my joints aching. Who makes the best joint care supplements? I have heard that glucosamine and chondroitin is the best. What does everybody else think?

glucosamine and chondroitin Like you said.
You should also take something for inflamation. I drink alot of cranberry juice.
I beleave Glucosamine repairs and Chondroitin lubricates.fat bottom women make this rocking world go around

turboman is correct. If I am not mistaken Osteo Bi-flex has these in it. Regardless both work well, along with moving to a warmer city
