I like doing the variation between the 3 incline/decline level but what part of your pecs they hit particularly? Supposed I want to work a little more on my upperchest, which one should I concentrate on?
If your upper chest is lagging, start with incline presses. Then move to flat presses and finally decline. I usually focus on decline presses the least. A lot of guys on here will tell you to stick with the dumbells for presses, as they work the chest better. I am partial to both barbell and dumbell and use both. Just make sure you use good form and feel it in your chest.
