pre workout schedule
Pre workout, I have:
a shake consisting of oats and whey
CEE (hp)
BCAAs (on)
I was wondering what you recommend as the best schedule sortof to take these so none of them interfere with eachother and I get the best benefits and results

oats, whey, and BCAA's can be taken together or whenever, but atleast 30 min. after you take creatine since glutamine in they whey fights for absorption with the creatine.

I have heard about the aminos of creatine and Protein fighting for absorbsion and to spread out the two.
My question was really what the best time for the two is?
CEE like an hour pre WO and shake a half pre WO or what do you so?

I'd say read up a bit first on how creatine actually works; there's a million things going on in your body every second, I'd like to think you'd wanna know a couple of them.
As for timing, what you suggested would work solid.
