What do you regret most about your BBing history?
Maybe it was overtraining, not eating enough fro the beginning, using the wrog training, giving up too many times.
Oh, and BTW, I don;t expect the answer "Nothing. it's been an amazing lernig curve I am now thankful for" or similar such sentimental BS, thanks!!

Starting 'too late'
I wish I started when I was 15-16
I always had an interest in lifting, had a nice big double garage so could have built a stonking gym and got huge.
Instead I moved out into a small flat with nowhere for any weights and started bb'ing at 21. doh!!
Oh yeah, also not paying enough attention to nutrition and not overcomplicating my routines - I always new to squat, deadlift, press etc for gains, but still did too much 'advanced crap' too.
Oh well - 2006 is my year, baby!!!

I know Im gonna get **** on for this but....My biggest regreat was bulking to a lean 235. I was so ****ing big. UNfortunatly I lost a lot when I was bodybuilding. I lost a relationship of 4 years cause of my compulsive behavior with eating and I never went out, ever. All i did was just sit at home alone and eat., tryin to get as big as I could But things are different now. I quit really working out that way I was. I lost all my bulk and now I just workout to stay fit. I feel much healthier and IMO look much better.

Well, I would have to say my biggest regrets were....
1. not training more seriously
2. drinking and smoking (i use to come in the gym drunk sometimes to workout)
3. tried a cycle of test without learning more about it first.
4. Was not consistant!
5. never set goals
6. always trained really heavy, mainly to show off, screwe up my shoulders.
I have corrected all these now and I train right, eat right and I am all natural. I am seeing better results this way.

Being afraid to talk to people
Not getting a personal trainer in the beginning. Or at least someone who knows what they were doing, to help me get started. I spent a lot of wasted years not knowing what the hell I was doing.
