    10KG's in 2 months possible?

    Is it possible to lose 10kgs in 2 months i lose fat pretty quick when i exercise i wasnt going to starv myself but work my guts out in the gym and out as of the gym as well, is it safe to lose this much weight in a little time or not?
    If anyone has lost this much in a short amount of time let me know

    I dont know if it is that safe. I decided to start a cut, last week and im down 18 lbs. already. Ive been eating very clean, lifting very hard, and doing cardio very hard. Im kind of drained on energy now though. Ive always been told 3 lbs. a week is ok, so i think 10kg in 2 months is fine.

    18lbs in a week you say...

    more than 2lbs a week isn't good, aim for 3-4 months to lose 10kg.

    they say that you should lose around 1kg a week or 2.2 pounds a week, basically what your asking is pretty safe. 1.25kgs a week. Its a little over the recomendation but it can be done. Just make sure you dont crash afterwoods cause you could gain it back quickly
