Ever since i started taking creatine my legs cramp like hell with the slightest bit of cardio. they get real sore and it hurts my ass just to sit down after i semi intense cardio session. i literally have to lay down it hurts so much and this happens every day since i startted creatine.

Sounds like you could be getting tendonitis more so than cramping, I got that in my forearms really bad for awhile, but it went away if you take a break from lifting. However I dont think I have heard of tendonitis really that much in your legs. Either way consider getting some more water each day, that could be your problem. Normally cramping is from sodium to water imbalances.
