It took me years to fully appreciate the value of the lessons I have learned from the Iron... I learned that nothing good comes without work and a certain amount of pain. When I finish a set that leaves me shaking, I know more about myself. When something gets bad, I know it can't be as bad as that workout.

The weight seems to vary quite a bit from week to week. Thankfully I am not very tall so getting my legs back into proportion with my upper body shouldn't be extremely difficult. Plus, the mass of my legs is still present (mostly), it is just the strength that is gone.
I should have been posting my leg days, regardless.

Day 24: Wednesday February 15, 2006
Workout:
Biceps and Abs
- Hammer curls (40lb x 11,10,8)
- Incline dumbell curls (40lb x 10,10,9)
- Preacher Curls (82lb x 9,9)
- Decline Crunches (3 sets; 15 – 20 reps; 30lb)
- Hanging Hip Raises (3 sets to failure)
- Misc Ab Exercise (2 – 3 sets)
Thoughts:
Another good workout with some decent increases in my reps. Friday's workout (Back and Shoulders) should be really exciting due to the weight increases in a variety of my exercises. I am starting to feel a slight pain in my left forearm, which I think might be a result of the extreme pumps and muscle hardness I have been experiencing while on this stack.
Since I am approaching the end of my log, if anyone wants to provide feedback in terms of how I could have made this log better, I am all ears. In addition, I am pretty sure I am going to be placing an order for the following supplements for my next log:
-(2) X-factor
-(1) Xtend Watermelon
-(1) Bulk CEE

Day 26: Friday February 17, 2006
Workout:
Shoulders/Back
- Military Press (175lb x 10,10,10)
- Deadlifts (200lb x 11,11,11)
- Shrugs (3 sets)
- Seated Side Laterals (32lb x 8,8,8)
- Seated Rear Laterals (32lb x 8,8,8)
- Rows (125lb x 11,11)
Thoughts:
Nice way to end a week. My gains in reps this past few weeks has been pretty incredible, in my opinion. My workout went extremely well and, similar to previous workouts I had good focus and excellent pumps.
One thing that I forgot to add is that Blue Up is definitely aiding in my sexual stimulation.
Next Workout:

- Bench press (292lb x 8,8,7)
- Decline Bench Press (220lb x 10,10)

- Close grip bench press (175lb x 10,10,10)
- Skullcrushers (75lb x 10,10,9)

Well, today is my last lifting day for my log. Tomorrow I will write up a summary of my 30 day log. But, in a nutshell, the GlycerGrow/BlueUp stack has been really beneficial to my workout and definitely something I will use again in the future.
In preparation for life after BlueUp/GlycerGrow, I have ordered the following:
(2) X-Factor
(1) Xtend Watermellon
(1) Higher Power 1000g CEE
(1) Ergopharm Cell Fuel
I just got free money in the mail and it was burning a hole in my pocket!!! Ok, it really wasn't 'free' money, just money I got back from rebates on purchases I made for Christmas. heh. Also, I am probably going to do a log on the above supplments, however, I am still not sure which ones I am going to take all at once. I might just stack them all together just for the hell of it!

I took a few weeks off to heal (which sucked) and started lifting again. I haven't touched the X-Factor (and Xtend, which I was going to stack with it after a few weeks) since. Instead, I think I am going to save it until the fall.
I truely believe I am 100% recovered from the injury and I have been lifting pain free for a few weeks now (even though I do have a slight pain in my elbow, but I am certain it is just joint soreness). The reason why I am delaying my X-factor (49 day cycle now..hehe) is to avoid inflaming the injury.
On a side note, I have yet to take the Cell Fuel either. I have continued taking GlycerGrow on workout days, which is definitely one of my favorite products of all time. It is a product where you get your money's worth based on the number of servings and the results. Hard to believe I have had this product since January and it seems as though I haven't even used half of it yet! My weight is hovering around 185-186 since the end of the log, but the flatline in weight increase is definitely due to the two weeks off (a depressing two weeks I might add!).Last edited by Baptizer; 03-27-2006 at 09:35 AM.
