how many meal you eat and how

see i only can get in 6 meal a day.
I wake up in 4:30
Oatmeal
then6:30 protein shake
12:00
Tuna
4:00
chicken breast and string beans
6:00
protein shake

as of 10/27/02 bulking
arms 16.3
legs 26
chest 44
calves 15.5 (dont real train them)
weight 185 aroung 15bf

I train to be the best I will be the best I will bet my goals.

The goal for 2003
gain an 1.5 in every bodypart


I will be the Mr.Olympia no matter what.


At 16 5'6 165-170 i want to hit 240 by 25

6:00 protein drink (about 250 cal, 50 g pro) made with skim milk
11:00 popcorn (200 cal)
12:00 beans and tuna or similar
3:50p protein drink w/ honey and creatine
workout
5:00p Banana or two post workout
5:20p Meal, relatively healthy, wife's choice
After 6pm, nothing but water or a diet drink.

I'm not saying this is good, but this is what I do.
