The Holy Cow
I don't want to post my diet plan as it varies A LOT I just keep it healthy, full of protein, low on carbs and sugar and below 1500 cals a day. Jog 2 miles x3-4 a week and lift weights x3 as well
My question: I like having my steel cut OATS with skim milk in the morning
I like drinking my delicious ON shake with skim milk as well, so that's about TWO servings of skim milk a day... very rarely one, Is this going to get in the way of cutting fat? My diet feels solid, but I feel like I am loving the skim milk too much, what do you guys think...

Wow. Drink up. You're eating less than I am, and I'm a foot shorter than you and 40 lbs lighter.

Drop the milk is one thing I'll say. Milk is all good and yummy, but I would try and avoid it on the cut. Also, under 1500 calories? When a girl is eating more calories, there's something wrong. I would kick that up to like 2000 or something.
You're throwing out all the big guns way too early. What happens when you stall? Your calories are too low to cut down and you already have 4 sessions of cardio a week. I would raise those calories back up, cut back on some of the cardio, and add an extra weight lifting session (to make up for the 1 or 2 sessions of cardio omitted) so that way when you do stall, you can either drop calories or use cardio to break the plateau.

Why avoid milk on a cut? There's nothing wrong with it.

What the hell are you talking about, why exactly are you trying to suggest milk is going to delay his fat loss? I agree with the more calories part but damn.
