HST (hypertrophy-specific training) has yielded results for quite a few people. you choose one excercise for every bodypart and you start out light, doing your whole body program 3x a week.

recntly iv reqruited an old friend to come to the gym with me and my training partner. he has a good build. hes been coming with us for 2 weeks now and every day he comes he trys every mchine in the gym lol. hes in his excited phase at the moment. anyway its not too big a problem as he is just starting out. in a few weeks we'r going to get him into a routine of doing one muscle group a week. for now he works every body part when he comes. kinda shocking his body for now.
