I am 27 about 5,10 and 200 pounds.
So yeah and need to shed some pounds.
Most of my weight is on my belly. My arms legs etc are not to badly toned.
I have started my cutting diet but I wanted to check I am doing ok.
I've counted my cals and I seem fairly short of 2000.

Figures are cals. All shakes and scrambled eggs made with skimmed milk as well as weetabix
I am excercising on a night and taking shake after that.
One day i do running other i am doing weights.
Not lifting a great deal at the min just building up to it.
I am just concerned i maybe having to much protein????

I could never eat weetabix without milk. Anyway, you haven't told us your macro breakdown p/c/f and don't really feel like doing that for you, do you have them. And could you break that up in meals, that kind of thing, you will probably get more answers that are more relevant than this one, that way.
