When it comes to taking supplements that are reccomended to be taken on an empty stomach. After a medium sized meal, somewhere around 500 or 600 calories, how long would one have to wait until their stomach would be considered "empty" and you could get the best possible absorption from supplements?

I always though it took 1-2 hours for food to digest. I could eat a normal sized lunch at 12pm and still feel full at 1:30-2:00pm. I guess the fullness factor doesnt really mean food hasnt been digested?
This is great. Now I can actually have some energy in the gym with a pre workout shake 45-60 min prior! I used to waite 1.5 hours after eating then just get jacked to **** on stims.
