Well I hope this doestn sound gay but ever since Ive been working out real hard for the past 2 weeks and getting in all this food when ever i masterbate I cum alot.Does this mean my t levals are rising or is it from something else.I do it once a day I dont know why but I really dont care.

the second you blow the load your test levels increase by 7%. for how long? i'm not sure but this is what i heard.

Most bodybuilders ahev better nutrition, this goes along way down there believe it or not.
Also especially for newbs working out can cause lh levels to rise and cause the boys to hold even more.
