Saturated refers to the fact that the fatty acid has no double bonds in it and is "saturated" with the maximum number of C-H bonds. Monounsaturated means theres one double bond in the fatty acid, and polyunsaturated means there are 2 or more double bonds in the fatty acid. Unsaturated fat is better because the double bonds allow for the fat to be more easily broken down. This is probably not interesting to you, so ill just say Unsaturated good and Saturated bad(although a little is actually required).

Saturated fats help increase testosterone as well. Saturated fat is probably more anabolic then protein. The only thing with saturated fats is, if you get too much, then you start putting on more fat, and more fat leads to more problems. You should shoot for 25-30g of saturated fat a day.
