for an NO 2 replacement.

Is it true that Arginine & Ornithine will give you the same pump as an NO 2 product?

Yes, and NOW's Arg/Orn is one of the cheapest forms of "The NO2 pump" you can get. NOW puts out the good no-bull**** products with no bull**** in the price either

Agreed...you might need to play around with the # of caps. The NOW product I have is 1g:.5g (Arg to Orn) for 2 caps. I took 6 caps intially and then 8 caps until I got the "pump" that people talk about. 2 pills give me a noticeable pump, never felt the need to take an entire fistfull
