Mass Gaining Diet!
Eating has always been my weakness! I was wondering if any of yall could point me in the right direction. Im currently working to bulk up! In the past I followed a 1 to 1 ratio of protein to carbs, but as most of yall know this was just good for maintaining mass! I'm planning on bumping my protein intake up to 1.5grams per bodyweight, and 2 grams of carbs per bodyweight! Is this a great place to start are should I go much higher? Im staying conservative with supplementation. Im going to try out disscated liver tablets, and resume supplementing with glutamine to stay anabolic! Any suggestions from yall would be greatly apperciated!
