Cottage cheese or whey w/milk is about it for me, fats like PB are meant to make you feel fuller so you could try that

PB should fill you up more, or drink a lot/ have a massive protein shake? Don't know how bad your cravings get but i try to avoid carbs before bed because I've heard they get stored as fat if you don't use them up through exercise or whatnot. i've already eaten like 2 corn dogs (2am) and a bowl of cheerios (4am) .....gonna get me a whey shake here in a few and its currently 4:54am
