    my benching

I'm 17 years old, 5' 11'', and 185 lbs. My current maximum benching is 155 lbs. I don't know if that's good or not, but it seems that I can't improve. Thoughts?

Shock your body. Do something different.

For Chest I do all sorts of exercises, bench press, pushups, pec flys, dumbell presses. Just do something different for a week and then add 5 pounds to your bench press and see if that does something.

Your body has basically adapted to 155 lbs, so you have to do something different to break the muscles. Keep us updated buddy

thats not too bad, try changing your presses to dumbbells, and also try writing down what weights you use for every exercise and try to improve each week

Not too bad?! Hes doing up to 20 sets just on chest. In most peoples books that is way too much.

To the OP. Try limiting yourself to 12-13 sets. Most would say that is way too much. Try something like this which is only 13 sets

    3 X FLAT

    3 X INCLINE

    3 X DECLINE

    2 X FLIES/CROSSOVERS

    2 X DIPS
