    on day 30 of X-factor,when should I start actX?

    im on day 30 of xfactor and I'm getting pretty big DOMS so its working pretty well. when should I start running my activate xtreme for the biggest mass gains? thanks reps

    all right thanks. reps. People told me before I bought the stack that itd be ideal to start AX on day 40 but I noticed on the logs a lot of people did different things. I'll start tomorrow.

    Yep, day 21 is ideal for the XF + AX stack.... but taking it right now is not a big deal at all.

    Ok, so you're noticing increased DOMS....are you noticing anything else? How bout increases in weight/strength??

    For what its worth, I started the old Act and X on the same day when I ran them together. Can't say for ActX cuz I haven't ran them together, though I have used ActX with something else....

    It seemed to run pretty smoothly, starting them together though

    not anything exciting as far as weight gain goes. Cant say anything for strength b/c it comes easy for me and getting a new pr every workout with or without X is pretty common

    I think starting it now will work just great, and might end up being cooler than starting on day 21. Information posted by Bill L. shows that AA stores stay elevated for a few weeks after stopping supplementation, so they should still be pretty high while you finish the bottle of ActX. Not to mention, I've read numerous reports of people getting great gains 1-2 weeks after they stop the ActX, so that should really extend your stack and make for some great gains up until the very end.

    thats what I originally thought which is why I delayed the actx. Lets hope it works out well
