Yeah, Zinc, Magnesium and B6 are amazing?! You get the exact same ingredients when you take a multivitamin. It's good to take because when you lift you get depleted but its just minerals and vitamins.

dont confuse ZMA with prohormones or other anabolics. its nothing more than some minerals that your body loses with intense exercise. so all you are doing is keeping these levels up. and helping to keep your natural test levels normal.

Dude, take it at night but understand that unless you have low testosterone already it will do nothing for you excpet replenish your zinc, mag and b6 stores. You wont see gains off of it and you won't have sides. Its just minerals and vitamins.

its recommended to take b4 bedtime. dont take it within 30 mins of consuming calcium, as this stops the absorbtion of zinc. this also helps many people sleep better. peace

Gains are not enhanced by ZMA. It can aid in recovery. You can get the same ingredients from Target and the like for much less money.

actaully if youre talking about the cheap zinc you buy at drug stores, its not the same as the zinc in ZMA. The zinc in ZMA is more readily absorbed by the body.

You do not have to hav elow test levels to get the benefits of ZMA. I am pretty sure the football players used in the study did not have low test levels, and their free test levels went up 43.7 percent along with a 250% greater increase in strength than the control group. You can also NOT duplicate the formula with regular zinc/mag/b6 supp. The aspertate molecule is bigger and absorbed better and the formula is real exact. I am using ZMA now and it works real well. Its the real deal.

Oh I am a moron. Okay have you even tried A Legit ZMA formula? No probably not, you just look at it or read the ingredients and think you know it all and just fire away. What are you guys scared of being wrong, too late you are.
I never said the football players proved it all, just that their test levels were not low, since they wee in the 18 to 25 age range. Maybe if you jackasses read the study, you would know what I am talking about. ZMA is not an anabolic mineral you idiot, its a formula that helps boos tyor test production, and helps you sleep better as a side effect. But just for laughs the study was published in Mediocal Science Sport Exercise. in May of 1999 by Brilla and Conte. Conte is the patent holder on the formula. So read that if you can, and then maybe give it a shot and see what happens. but you probably won't, you'll just keep on blasting it with no ivvestigation at all. And you punks call me a moron. What a laugh, get a clue. come to think of it it probably wouldn't work for you anyway, you are probably one of these *******s who just works arms all day.

Oh and you guys can call me a moron. Not all supplements work for all people. I ahve never claimed that ZMA, just that for me it works pretty well, and that unlike alot of other supplements out there, there was actual science behind it. They did the study before putting it on the market. As for my tone, people want to jump on me, thats what they are going to get, and since you have no idea how long I have been training or what for, syaying you no more than me is a joke. I do not claim to know everything as you seem to be, but I know a good deal. So spare the son crap If I chose to stay I will if I get banned or whatever fine not really a big deal either, so far I am really not impresed with these forums. Take care now, Bye Bye then.

And if you have any furthur problems, please take it to PMs and quit cluttering my board with ****, you might bae able to do this at your board, but not here, thank you.

Good for you, I posted my opinion and some info that ANYBODY could check on if they really wanted to. Instead i've got you telling me I don't know anything and someone else calling me a moron. And you say i am cluttering the board with ****, try reading your own posts *******. Okay, after reading this entire thread I have decided that there is entirely too much macho bull**** going on. Manowar started out okay, the stuff about the stdy was right on, it was one of the things I read before I tried ZMA, took it for 12 weeks and it worked really well for me. then some people jumped on him, with some smartass reamrks and called him a moron and everything went to hell. manowar You overreacted, so someone called you a moron, let it go, he does not know you so who cares? Then we got into the I know more than you bull ****. Hey yellow jacket and windwords7 who cares how much you know if you come across as a bunch of *******s? Institutional, what damn purpose did calling him a little bitch serve? Not one damn thing, except you got your jollies. OOh big deal.
You don't agree with something thats posted, cool, explain why, don't just flame the person. So what could have been a nice thread about opinions and facts about ZMA turned into this. What a fukin waste.

You have no idea how it works around here. ZMA has already been discussed and put away around here. When we tell people its worthless for anything other than post cycle recovery and general nutrient replenishment, we are trying to help them, to save them some money. Then when that person comes back with the same biased tired research that claims it "works", you get "educationally flamed".

This was your first post powercleansrule. Which means you were either banned and are back, or your just a newcomer. Either way you will find quickly that there is a right and wrong way to things around here. You do not make the board adapt to you, YOU adapt to the board.

If you want to go spend your money on stuff that will not work in ways that it claims to. Fine. But that has nothing to do with opinion. It's a fact that it wont work in the ways that it was being claimed and to that end you will never prevail with that lame logic about "opinions" here.

We like science and fact. Read my signature carefully and then go read the thread that is linked a few posts up and have some fun.
