    1 Scoop Ice Cream

    2 TBSP Peanut Butter

    I do not see the benefit of all that fat and there are too many calories assuming you drink it in one serving....I would suggest you go closer to 80g carbs, 40g protein and 10g of "Good" fats.... with a total calorie count of approx 580 - 600 cals per serving...In my experience any more calories than that just means you don't feel like eating your next meal 2 hours later....

    i thinkits too much sugar but hey if its working for you dont give it up. id go with more oats but thats just me. hell i make a shake with almost 80 g protien. so dont sweat it.

    its called a "WEIGHT GAINER" for a reason people...high fat and carbs are what make them wt gainers...i agree to much sugar but the fat is fine..although i bigger fan of oils over milk fat or ice cream fat...the fat from PB and oats is good. there are a lot of differnt ways to make a wt gainer..but his is fine if its working for him..
    although if you want wt gain recipe suggestions i have a few saved on my comp and will share if desired...

    this is more a junk bulker shake:
    16 oz whole milk
    2 raw lrg eggs
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    2 tbls hvy whipping cream
    1 tbls safflower oil
    1 tbs wheat germ
    1 tbls honey
    i med/lrg banana
    blend for a brief moment..let the wheat germ settle
    then i add
    1 scoop ON casien protien powder
    1 scoop egg protien powder
    taste great and filling...right around 80-90 g pro, approx 77 carbs, and lil over 50 g fat..this is def a wieght gainer..take down all at once or split it up...i split it..enjoy...right around 1100 cals also you could add 1 cup oats and up the carb and cal count drasticly


    heres a clean bulker

    16 oz ff milk
    2 tbls wheat germ
    1/2 cup oats
    2 tbls PB
    1 banana med
    2 tbls honey
    quick blend...let settle
    add 1 scoop casien (25g pro)
    1 scoop egg protien (23-25g pro)
    blend again

    wa-la
    clean bulk shake
    roughly 81g pro 114 g carbs 11g fiber 22g fat some were around 970cals
    i use asa post post work out or as a post bed time shake.

    yes a big mac meal is a wt gainer...its all in ones goals in bulking and their idea of a wt gainer...clean or junk bulker...

    Well once again perfect logic....but I feel if someone is eating a Big Mac Meal, or drinking a 1000cal shake with 50g of fat, then they are both kidding themselves and mis-guided....They are using the "bulking" excuse to train and eat crap/get fat.....which I am 100% fine with....each to there own....but in my experience getting fat does NOT benefit building muscle or a healthy heart.....but it is easier....and more fun....

    i know this know..but some still live by "bigger size means more wt i can move"..plus like i said for my 50g of fat shake i would split it. thats only 25 g per serving..if your diet is right 50g of is not a lot. also it would depend on how many cals one is consuming in thier diet...for guy consuming 3000 cal a day your right an extra 50g of fat may be a lot but for guys in the 5000 or more cal aday area 50g of fat is a joke...i think we both agree here...its more of a relativity tyoe thing as we dicuss this.
