Red face Need link to source

First of all, I am sorry if there is a thread out there that I missed...I really did use the search button!

I am new to weight training and I'm blonde, which always seems to work against me. I have no freaking clue what the names of all these exercises are and sometimes how to do them in proper form...not to mention all the equipment.

There are different deadlifts...different squats...different ways to do curls....what's a drop set or a negative? I'm interested to know if anyone has one source I could go to...a book, a link...to see the descriptions and proper names of all these exercises. I occasionally work with trainer who is trying to help me out, but it would be nice when I work out on my own if I could tell him at my next session what exactly I did in the correct terms.

I'm really tired of the bewilderment in people's eyes like when I asked someone at the gym what a preacher curl was! Help me...

List of exercises by bodypart. A drop set is when you've already taken the weight to exhaustion so you drop the weight and do more reps. An example of a negative would be when you are lowering yourself into a squat, or lowering a weight after you've curled it up.

ExRx is a excellent one, and has the major movements.

ABC Bodybuilding is also good.
