Pre-Workout Supplements
Hello, just had a question about taking supplements before workouts. I'm still learning and a bit new to the bodybuilding game so bear with me. I currently am using a workout program I got here on bodybuilding.com, with it, I am taking Axis Lab's Creatine Ethyl Ester, 2 capsules before and after my workout, as well, I take cytogainer once after my workout and another glass before I go to bed. I don't want to overload on all these supplements, but am always looking at what works and can benefit me to putting on more muscles mass.
Now, the CEE, I'll be honest, I don't know if it works, I can't tell. I'm gonna finish it cause I bought it and I don't waste money, unless GNC (pricks...) will accept it back half empty. The cytogainer is working, I know that much, I'm seeing small results and will see more as I dig through the 6lbs. tub of horrible cookies and cream flavour.
When I finish the CEE, I'd like to get another product (that will make a difference) I've been reading on and on about taking supplements before workouts and about how they bolster strength, just to make sure, its to bring up the strength, so you can lift more in that short period of time the supplements is in effect, which in the long run will make more gains, since you are working out and using more weights than you normally would. Correct?
One in particular that seems to be super popular everywhere I look is the NO-Explode, which seems to sound like a super dose of caffeine. Is it effective? Are taking supplements before working out effective at all? All useful opinions welcomed.

Dude, thanks a lot! That was an overload of information, I couldn't read everything because... its an overload! But I did get some of the main points I was looking for, just to verify, NO is basically a power surge to the body which lets me pump out more and use heavier weights than I normally would, which will benefit me in the long run since I am training harder than I normally would, right?
Also, I shouldn't take too much of it (I've had funny experiences with this sorta stuff... I took a Sobe power drink, kinda like red bull, and it made me tremble and shake, then I took a Red Bull once in the middle of the night to stay up and drive better, and instead, I began to doze off.) or at least test to see how much is acceptable and how much isn't. And it should only be taken before working out, correct?
Thanks again for your help pu... (Sorry, couldn't figure out what your name is suppose to say)
