MM has "good" fat for the body. The body needs a certain level of "good" fat in it.

So to answer your question...no, MM is not "too" fattening.
so i have done it all...now what?!

From what I understand they now have a "light" MM. Don't know much about it, but it might be worth looking into.

I don't think Muscle Milk is bad for females at all, especially when used in moderation.

muscle milk is a very good product but yes it's high on calories. nobody can answer your question without knowing more about you.

Yes it can be too fattening if youre the kind of person with a high appetite and you find it hard to lose weight. The last thing you need then is to be drinking high calorie shakes.

But no it's not necessarly too fattening, depends on a lot of things. Like the poster above said... as long as you respect the macronutrient guidelines you've set for yourself, it doesnt matter if they come from musclemilk or from other sources

One of my favorite protein powders is Muscle Milk Light, and I haven't found it to be fattening in the least. I'm pretty sure that the fat is all pretty much good for you, although MM light only has 6 g. I would personally steer clear of regular muscle milk, simply because it's so high in calories.
