Hello people..
Im new to this whole weight lifting body building stuff..Im 18 years of age and am complete n00b..
My goal is to get rid of my middle sized structure and have a complete Ripped muscle were it is just noticeable..i am not wanting to become a bodybuilder or have a body like a pr0...im just concerned to work on my upper body at the minute..
i just want to ask do u have any serious tips for me..
ie:What Excersise do i carryout..?
What is the best weight to start off at?
How often do i lift?
Can u bench press on the floor? "cant afford a bench just yet LoL"
Is it true that if u have a small shoulder width with poor posture that u can not change that and cant define ur body?
