I'm on my cut, I usually go for a banana or something right after my workout to tide me over until my pre-bed mini-meal (some kind of casein protein to last my body through the night)

Aside from the diet problems, its also possible that you're in an over-trained state. Many people are and don't know it, keep working out and stop making gains and sometimes backtrack in their progress. IMO, a week off could do you good if you haven't taken one off in a while. Most people find this effective from helping to prevent entering into an over-trained state and busting through previous plateaus. And make sure that you're getting plenty of water DURING your workout. I know when i forget my bottle sometimes and workout as hard as i normally do, i start getting that light headed feeling because I'm simply not getting enough water.

yeah, take 60g of gatoraid powder in your Post workout shake.
And also, takeing your multi with coffee is a bad idea, caffine causes the negation of LOTS of the vits in there.
take the multi in the morning.Cant stop, wont stop.
Alpha.

That coffee remark is poo-shift, please link to references.
I somewhat agree that his timing of the multi-v stinks. Some of those nutrients are water and some are fat soluble, so you should take your multi-v with a meal.
I will also say that your reaction is not unlike my experience with Animal Pak. Too many damned pills to take dude! Especially just before a workout. Your problem could be that simple.
Either way, your timing of the multi's is off.

I take my whey shake with skimmed milk which has some simple carbs and no fat right after a workout. Then about hour later a proper high protein, moderate carbs meal (steak or chicken/turkey with brown rice or egg fettucini or buckwheat). Carbs are essential to recovery and muscle growth, you need glycogen in your muscles.

Yeah I know overhydration can be just as dangerous as dehydration. This is just what my body requires though. On average, the amount I drink in a day is about 12 litres.
I workout twice everyday, once in the morning and once at night. During my morning workout I drink AT LEAST 2 litres and then about 45 mins to an hour after my workout I drink another 2 litres. Then throughout the day I drink about 4-5 litres and then when I workout again at night I drink at least another 2 litres during my workout and another 2 litres about an hour after my workout. In total I usually drink AT LEAST 12 litres of water for the day.
I have absolutely no idea how some people can get though a day drinking only 3-4 litres.
Peace
