One bicep bigger then the other???

I finally joined the gym and started working out on monday. I have gone to the gym 3 times so far, (once at school), and I'm noticing that my right bicep is larger then my right. Is that normal?? Is it because I'm right handed and throw baseballs and footballs with my right hand??

indeed this is why. The best way to even it out and keep them (or any other bodypart) in proportion is to do a lot of dumbell work. This way you can control the workload done by each bicep. Make sure you do the same amount of sets and reps on each bicep. They will even out eventually. The problem with barbell work (although necessary) is one bicep could be doing more work the the other (the stronger one will do more work).

so grab those dumbells and do some

    db curls
    concentration curls
    preacher curls
pullups (back exercise but i find it really helps strengthen the biceps)

your right bicep is bigger than your right - what? um whatever you meant to write try starting your individual sets with the arm thats smaller - i mean for any db curls do alternating and do the smaller side first. - its helps a little

wow, obviously your right bicep is larger than the left if your right handed, think about it, you use your right hand for everything so it has to be stronger because it is used more often. next time think before you post, like common now thats just rediculous.

Just do a few extra curls with your left at the end of each set. You'll be even in no time!

this is very normal. infact, it's so normal, there's a thread about this every couple of days. just add more weight and lower reps to your left arm.
