How do I enter the Figure Competition??:-D

Which figure competiton? Of which organization? NPC, WNBF, NANBF, WNSO, Fitness America? Which one?

Could anybody tell me how to get into natural bodybuilding competition?
Also, how do they distinguish between contestants who use steroids from those who do not use?
