Thumbs up James Sadek's:Cheat Lunch

OK, today I went and had a cheat meal with James up at the shopping centre.

When we got to the Centre (Castle Towers), He showed my wat he was goin to eat on a coupon, I first thought he wanted to go halves in it, This consisted of 2 each of (1/4 chickens, large chips and Strip Sub Rolls)

When we got to red Rooster, James went up to the counter and showed the chick behind the counter the coupon, We Waited until it was ready, I then asked James If he was goin to eat that by himself, and he replied confindently YES, following by now what do u want to eat.

I stood there in shock for about 10 secs thinkin to myself this guy could eat a cow If he was really hungary

I went and got a chicken Subway Roll, and it took me as long to eat that as it took james to eat his meal for 2 people, and after he was finished that, he said, hmmmm I feel like an ICE-CREAM
I just looked at him and said 'What the ****'

I dont know about you But I think this is fukin crazy

That really isn't too much food man, I mean, it's alot but not awhole lot, that is why he had room for desert. Once you start bulking up and eat every 3 to 4 hours, you will see how it's possible to stick that much food down your mouth that fast. You think it's impossible right now, but if you start to bulk up, you will find that very easy. Just as easy as he did it

I get two meals plenty of times at restaurants, and even at home I might have dinner with my parents and then make myself a pot of pasta 30 minutes later.

anyone ever go to eddy rockets? i had 2x buffalo wings, chilli fries, a 1/3 pounder burger and was still hungry, ppl i ate with said i "inhaled" the food, so when i got home i had spaghetti bolognese (dunno how to spell it!)... bulking is great fun.... lots of food mmmmmmmmmmm.

i'll often eat 7 large meals in a day and not be full once, if u stress ur muscles enough they'll crave the food like avril lavigne craves cock.

if ur not against weed, and have an interest to take bulking to the next level, I assure u it can be done. On one notorious evening at a friends house I had an entire box of El fudge cookies, as an appetizer. I gained 10 lbs between the morning of that day and the next day on the scale. But i'm glad i lived and can look back on it and laugh now

Talking WHAT?!?!

You guys are whimps! Try eating a whole 40 ounch prime rib, with a baked potato, 2 helpings of string beans, cream of mushroom soup, calamarie(appetiser), and to top it all off, 2 pieces of thick chocolate moose cake. Actual meals rock! I eat fast food alot because theres a Mcdonalds, and a Subway right down the street from me. I always go to Subway and get 2 Chicked Terriyaki subs and 2 bags of chips for myself.
