    How long does it take to gain wieght

    Ive been eating about 400 cals over what i regular eat how long will it take for me to gain wieght.

    Not enough info. You could have been eating nothing and now your eating 400 cals. Guess what... you would still lose weight(and probably die but you get the point)Eat this new amount and if you don't gain the desired weight then add some more cals. Anywhere from .5-1 lbs weekly is a good amount w/minimal fat gain.

    I wish. After you have trained a few years it can take years to add a few pounds of muscle naturally.

    Thats only if you do not increase calories or your not keeping up on lifestyle or intensity in the gym. Thats just slacking off.
