EC Stack Immunity?

Hey everyone, was wondering if I could get some input on an EC stack issue I'm having.

Long story short, I don't think it's working for me anymore. First tried it a couple years ago, for about a month and a half, and got some great results (36 waist down to 32). Tried starting it up again about a year ago (same brands/doses) and didn't notice any difference at all. Cycled off for a bit, then tried again with a different brand, still nothing, not even appetite suppression. Tried again this past month and it really just feels like it's not doing a damn thing.

Kinda disappointed now because i've been looking for a good supplement to add to my workout that actually makes a difference. From everything I've read, the EC stack was always recommended as the best bet, but if the "best" isn't working, i'm not sure where to go from here.

Has anybody heard of this happening before? Having your body not respond to the stack anymore? Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I don't get a hunger supression anymore from EC either so I decided to just stop using it. It happens sometimes

Were u on any stimulants prior to starting it? Usually when i know im going to start ec stack i drop all stimulants atleast 2-3 weeks prior.

regardless is you are feeling the effects or not, it will continue working if you are dosing it for fat loss. If you are just dosing it preworkout for an energy boost it is possible that you are getting used to the dosage and 200mgs of caffeine is not enough to get you going. in that case you can either take a stim break as recommended above or you could try stacking it with something to give you an additional kick. There are a lot of members ( including me) that have found stacking just ephedrine with Uncut an awesome combination, or even a solid non stim like Hemavol, Body Octane, BodyForge, White Pump...

I haven't used any other stimulants before/during/after it. The EC stack is honestly the only supplement I've ever used, aside from multivitamins and heartburn meds (no changes there either, for consistency's sake).

It seems that none of the effects I saw the first round of the stack are happening now. No increased body temp, energy, or fat loss. I was able to go down a shirt size and a couple pants sizes the first time around, but no difference now.

Maybe I'll look into stacking it with Uncut or another product.
