Hello girls! Well finally after so long of listening to my hubby tellin' me to get to the gym for my health...I finally did it, i have been going now for 2 weeks (trust me this is a big deal for me) and i am hooked. I guess i should share a bit about my self...I am 27 i have a 7 and a 3 year old. I guess i would describe my self as very lucky to have great genes and stay thin with a very low body fat no matter what i eat. But I have to admit I have been a very healthy eater, i don't touch red meat or pork, i hate pop, chips or any sort of cakes, donuts or sweets (except for chocolate- but what girl doesn't like chocolate). My goal in starting this workout routine that hubby set me up with is to tone up and gain strength, and maybe possibly someday do some fitness modeling which i passed up when i lived in Vegas...all because i was lazy lazy lazy. I am doing the Mark Rippetoe starting strength routine, as instructed by hubby and he also pointed me here and reading through some threads i feel like he knew what he was talking about.

I am here to connect with some women who have similar interests as i do in this subject and learn about this great body of ours and what makes it tick. i hope to hear back from you girls! And thanks for listening to me gab.
