whats the weight difference between your incline and flat bench press?

my bench is 145 and it isnt increasing very fast. my incline was 125 last week and i was able to move to 135 or so this week. is it bad if my incline becomes greater than flat bench?

Some people just aren't good at benching. It is really technique dependent. I personally can flat press WAY more than inclne press.
No sir, I don't like it.

My guess is you are bringing your delts into the lift with the incline. Is your form the same for flat vs incline? Most people can bench more when they bring their delts in.

My flat is just 10 lbs more than my incline.

Flat db press = 65 lbs.
Incline db press = 60 lbs.

Used to be my flat was 250-255x5 while incline was only about 185 1RM.

Now, after a rotator cuff injury and recovery(also, not caring about flat much), flat is about 235x5 and incline is 225x3-4 reps.

Isn't the chest a lot stronger muscle? How would bringing delts in help?
