    HIIT in the morning - SS at night?

    anyone think this is overkill?

    15 minutes of HIIT inthe morning
    30-45 minutes SS at night?
    Trying to drop some fat...

    possibly, depends on your current levels of cardio. If you are going to do that, swap them round mate (i.e. SS AM HIIT PM), or you'll become Captain Catabolic

    Are you also weight training?
    Fat loss is mostly in the diet, how's your diet? I think your plan is unnecessary.

    If you just clean up your diet and adding cardio in the AM or the PM you will notice a big difference.

    My diet is decently clean. Better in the last few weeks.
    I started taking meds at thanksgiving and they really added some weight to me.. once I realized I had gained som much fat I changed the diet...
    now I nonly drink milk and water.. that dropped about 500 calories per day right there...

    I lift 3 or 4 times per week depending on my schedule..

    Hmmm.
    seems like HIIT in the morning would be ideal since I would then havec the rest of the day to keep my metabolism up there. Keep burning calories from the mornings HIIT. then SS in the PM to burn off a chunck of calories at night. Since SS burns major calories dureing and HIIT burns major calories afterward this only seems logical..
    Am I missing something?

    HIIT in the am is a good idea if you can do it. HIIT right before bed loses some of the benefit because you drop your BMR when sleeping.
