Havoc & M-drol cycle
I'm on day two of my Havoc and M-drol cycle .
My cycle ..
20mg Havoc and 20mg M-drol for the first 1.5 week .
30mg Havoc and 20mg M-drol for the last 1.5 week .(maybe 30mg of M-drol to soon to tell though ) .
I'm taking hawthorn berry , fish oil for the heart and Liverite and Milk thistle
for the liver .
I will be going with 40mg ed of Tamoxifen for the first week of pct and then
20mg ed for the last two weeks .
I just had my blood work taken last week so I'm expecting the results this week .
If everything is cool I will keep the cycle going for three weeks .
I will not be posting everyday but I will keep you guys informed if something
goes wrong .
Thanks
CJ

just a heads up, both of these compounds are going to dry you out so your joints are probly going to be sore. may want to pick up some support supps for that too

Fish oil took care of that for me. Your definitely gonna want to consider picking up some Red Yeast Rice and Saw Palmetto and even possibly CoQ10. Your support supps on this stuff is VERY important!

Enjoy it while you can. M-Drol will likely cause back-pumps in a few days, which will make carido impossible. I would highly recommend you begin taking taurine immediately, because once the back-pumps set it, they are very hard to get rid of.
I'll be watching. Ask any questions if you have them, I am familiar with both of these compounds.

I'm lucky to have never experienced the back pumps that I always hear about. I feel for you though.

My goal is to get about 10 lb of lean muscle after pct . I'm trying to get to the 315 bench but I dont expect it to be there with this cycle . Maybe in a year .

I know exactly what you mean , Taurine is on my shopping list .
When I did epistane my cardio suffered but within a month I was back doing
3 mile runs .

Havoc wasn't too bad for pumps, but the orginal SD made cardio impossible for me.
There were times at the gym I could hardly stand up they were so painful.

Yeah back days were really tough for me on epistane , specially doing stiff leg dead lift's . The back really tightened up fast .
No worries though .

I just placed my order for taurine , red yeast rice , saw palmetto and CoQ10. I should have this by Friday .
Today is going to be chest and shoulder day . I don't like doing cardio on lifting days .
My weekly workout looks something like this
Monday - cardio for about an hour , I try to burn around 500-600 cals .
Tuesday- Chest and shoulders , my workout is about 1.5 hour .
Wednesday- cardio same as above , might throw in some ab work .
Thursday -day off
Friday - back and arm day workout is about 1.5 hours
Sat -cardio 2.5 mile run around my neighborhood
Sunday-Leg and ab day workout for 1.5 hours

I have all of my support supplements now . It sure does looks like a lot though .
Is all of this stuff good on cycle , I mean is there anything that I should not take during this cycle ? Also how much of each supplement should I take ?
1. fish oil
2. milk thistle
3. liver aid
4. hawthorne nerries
5.Taurine
6. c0q10
7.red yeast rice
8.saw palmetto
9.bcaas
10.whey protein
I do feel a little dehydrated not too bad though . I could not do my 3 mile run
so I climbed on the step machine for about 20-30 minutes .
My chest workout was ok nothing to report in terms of strength .

It looks like a lot, but it is what you need. Most don't take so much because they take cycle support, which is an all-in-one support supp.

Take a look at cycle support and the dosages for that product and go from there.
The Taurine can go as high to 10 g's a day based on your need.

yes sir , Everything is going alright . The back pumps are not as bad as they were with epistane . My strength is still not off the charts but the workouts are getting easier . My blood work results came in yesterday and they are all "good" as per my doctor .
I'm still just taking 20mg of havoc and M-drol every day . Nothing more to report .

This looks fun! You should definitely get sliced up quite a bit.
I was able to keep up my cardio when I was on M-Drol...just lower the intensity a bit (after the first 5-8 minutes on the treadmill or stairclimber, the "pumps" and cramping seemed to go away...or I became numb, whatever!!)
Good luck, sir!!

my workout partner just informed me he was taking both m and h-drol together.... i recommended he only take m-drol.... he has lost a lot of fat and his strength way up.... i am impressed with his progress.... he is starting pct so we'll have to see how that goes.... his main goal was to lose fat anyway so he doesnt mind losing some muscle too.
while taking both m-drol and h-drol he wasnt taking thistle or most other support supps... against my advice.... but he seems to be doing just fine. god knows what his liver enzymes and lipids are like... he hasnt complained much except for bad calf and back pumps.

I definitely look a lot leaner , the strength part is still missing but we all know
I should see it towards the second or third week .
Thanks !

Funny thing is that I take them together too and I don't feel a thing in terms of discomfort . I really felt the epistane in the liver and the kidneys right after taking it .Ooh yeah I didn't take any supporting supplements on epistane either and my blood work came back normal , I know it was dumb .

i think some people are more predisposed to problems than others and supp co take advantage of that and recommend that all people take thier product.... buyer be informed and beware.
imo - if anything save your money for taurine and a good pct.

Totally agree with you in regards to side's , we all are different and need to take it slow at first .
As far as PCT goes I have about 20-25 20mg tamoxifen pills and I can get more if needed .This is why I'm only doing a three week cycle .
The taurine is helping a lot with the back pumps .I'm sure the rest of the supplements are helping in their own way too .
Cant wait till week three for some strength !!

I agree with this. The support supplements would take several weeks to build up in a persons system before they would exert any beneficial effects (with liver support excluded) so I think these "support supplements" mostly function based upon placebo. Not that they are not beneficial for one's health, but it would take much longer to show any positive benefit.
