So, Ive just finshed all my ON nutrition 100% whey protien, and am going to buy some more but i been thinking about also buying a wieght gainer most likley CytoGainer, Mainly becuase it would help me get in those extra calories and even more protien.
i have a few questions about this and they are:
1. Is it a good choice to buy both supplements?
2. if so, i would continue taking the whey protien after workouts and proply take the weight gainer in then morining's and mabye evenings to, would this be ok?
